Bilal Markis is the founder of the non profit organization called Miracle Come Back(MCB). Bilal Markis started this organisation after his son Rasheed in 2009 was riding his bicycle and survived after being run over by two vehicles. Bilal Markis sons near death experience inspired him to want to help others in his city by organizing blood drives called Miracle Come Back. ' My city is Milwaukee in the state called Wisconsin USA.
