Lamisi “Tanka Fanka” Hits No 1 on StarXTV '' Northern Gh Top 10 ''

According to Ghanandum, many Ghana Music Industry players won’t be surprised at Lamisi’s solo career with this new single she calls “Tanka Fanka”. But in Northern Ghana majority of music lovers were stuned to when they saw Lamisi “Tanka Fanka” on StarXTV. Born Regina Lamisi Awiniman Anabilla Akuka, she is one of the powerful voices who’s played on various major Ghanaian live band sets. Wiyaala Performs in Berlin for Deutsche AIDS-Hilfe campaign

Having a street named after her and was  honored at the GLITZS AFRICA , Ghana Women of the Year Honors, the KANDABANYE‬ and Leno hit maker gave another classic performance at the  Deutsche AIDS-Hilfe campaign.  Wiyaala in 2016 performed at shows, concerts and events across Africa and Europe, surpassing any other Ghanaian artiste in the Ghanaian Music Industry. Looks like any Naija act who visits Northern Ghana gets a BET nomination.  Nigerian music is heading global day in day out,  with the likes of Wizkid, Davido, Tekno and more all signing record deals with international labels and afropop making waves across global charts. Naija artists are getting more and more recognition at global award shows.
