Tamale based businessman, Abdul Latif Zakaria popularly known as Odo Lati is set to sign Hiphop Artist, Ataaka de Rap onto his record label, Odo Record Label. Ataaka will be unveiled at a short ceremony on the 20th of July 2016. A Source close to the "My wife" hitmaker says the switch of management will help build the growing Taaka Music brand and ensure he remains relevant in what has now become a very competitive showbiz industry. According to the source, the rapper has "no problem with his previous management since they are aware and have granted him the go ahead to go for gold". However the source says Ace Radio Broadcaster, Yussif Abu Manan aka DjMezz continues to be Ataaka's Brand Manager and manager of TaakaMusic's young rapper, Don Dee de Lyrical Beast. The source says as the torch bearer of Northern Music, fans of TaakaMusic should expect a rebranded Ataaka in terms of stage craft, collaborations and music videos. Source: @theyirifa
