The most viral story in the music industry over the week has been centered on one of the finest Rappers, RappErsaniA throwing “shades” at the “bosses” of the Rap game: Dobble T and SKY. In an exclusive interview with Wunpini Lagfu on Hotspot a brainchild of Sanatu Zambang Online, Rapper Sania categorically stated that Dobble T is “afraid of him” and that he [ Dobble T] always manages to pull out of collabos with him suggesting that he doesn’t want to be “murdered” by the dope lyrics and punchline he [RappErSaniA] spews whenever he is on the Microphone. Artistes have the right to choose who they collaborate with. Is it possible that Dobble T doesn’t deem you fit to collaborate with you on a song? Have you noticed that the fame of most of  the female artistes in in the northern music industry is  short-lived? What can possibly account for this? Are they not that talented? Are they lazy? What makes their stay in the industry a nine day wonder? Diva1, one of the most vibrant and visible female Artiste in the Northern region in an interview with sanatuzambang.com lamented bitterly how difficult it is to survive as a female artiste. 2017 4Syte Tv MVA: Fancy Gadam secures 3 nominations

The official nominees list for 2017 4Syte Tv Music Video Awards is out. Music is not only about sounds but visuals as well — and that is what the Awards is all about. In times past, artistes did not care much about the videos that accompanied a song. This is not the story in our time as the Award scheme has motivated a lot of musicians to invest more into the kind of video they do. The official list was released early this month and some artistes are fortunate to have more than one nomination. Fancy Gadam has secured 3 nominations to his credit, thus Best Collaboration, Best Hiplife Video and Best Discovery Video. Sarkodie leads the way with 9 nominations — Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, Captain Planet and Becca all have 6 while the group R2bees has 5.
