Who was your '' Northern Ghanaian Female Model of the Year 2016 ''
Fashion may have gotten fast, but consumers have gotten
faster. In the wake of fashion and modeling in the northern regions of Ghana, this
creative arts sector has seen marvelous growth in recent months. Modeling agencies,
clothing lines and brands have organized fashion events and all has been successful.

shown interesting characters in the quest to shine on the spotlight of the
world of modeling.

Ikma Titiaka a student of University for Development studies.
Most people might not realise that Ikma Titiaka is a snappy dresser; they are
too busy trying not to make eye contact and planning their exit. The fear of
God she strikes in people has taken her a lifetime in character to master and she
deserves the respect. She is going to be one of the cutest model talents in the
country; she can carry off a look as well as she can carry off a demanding modeling
act.
Bakari Winifred was a contestant for Miss Tourism 2016, she aim
at alleviating poverty through, income generation, employment and
infrastructural development for the rural communities where tourist attractions
are located and also generate revenue for the government. Bakari Winifred studied
at Accra Technical University. Bakari Winifred style is a mix of southern
heritage with influences from her travels around the northern regions. To me, she
embodies the modern well-dressed woman.
Awal Memuna it is as if she has been blessed with the ability
to repel anything that is less than sartorially perfect. Awal Memuna is also a
student of Tamale Polytechnic Ghana.
Portia Danlugu, former Miss Navrongo 2015. Portia Danlugu
brings a fresh take to Northern classicism with traditional pieces. Her look is
tailored and slouchy, smart and scruffy, all at the same time.

litclub leaders at the Experimental Presby (EP) junior high school in Tamale. Audrey Awentemi provides mentorship to girls. Audrey

references; she is definitely one of a kind, not the typical upper east lady. Her
style, career choice and character is extremely creative.
Haj Tunty Mahama a student at the University for Development
Studies. As comfortable in a well-fitted African wears. She definitely makes
everyone take note of her presence unknowingly, classic and elegant. Not many women are so diverse when it comes to

as well as casualwear. Haj Tunty Mahama has also been supportive in charity activities, she was part of the volunteers helping Wear Nation Foundation carry out donations to deprived communities.
