Fancy Gadam – “Although I am not an A-List artiste, I have staged three successful concerts”

” According to Bulldog, it will not be fair if rising star Ebony Reigns wins Artiste of the Year award at the next Ghana Music Awards.







He believes the ‘Pride of the North’ and reigning New Artist of the Year, Fancy Gadam, who recently repeated history with his concert at the Bukom Arena in Accra, deserves it more ” Joynews confirmed.

Fancy Gadam has become a household name is Ghanaian showbiz, with a nationwide hit featuring Sarkodie and an incoming one with Patoranking and Mugees of R2bees. For showbiz pundits, Fancy Gadam has proven beyond reasonable doubt that he so very well deserve Artiste of the Year award at the next Ghana Music Awards.

Aside from winning the VGMA and named ambassador for the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture.  Fancy Gadam Nawuni Yiko album launch on 21st May 2016 had over 10,000 fans screaming his name and slogan at the Tamale Sports Stadium.


November 6, ‘Gadam Nation Concert at the National Theatre saw thousands of Gadam Nation fans and residence in the capital city screaming and dancing to the Nations Champion songs

Saturday (26th, August) Gadam Nation Tour Concert at Kumasi saw hundreds of fans at the Kumasi Sports Stadium. That was Fancy Gadam second time staging a show at Kumasi. On july 7th 2016 a report indicated that Fancy Gadam Sallah Festival at Asawase Community centre in Kumasi had more than 500 people present when the capacity of the Asawase community centre is 200.

According to HITZ 103.9 FM, Fancy Gadam said

“I am steadily taking over the Ghanaian music scene and it’s evident with the concerts I have done so far. It is rare to find an artiste from the North doing wonders across the nation.

“Although I am not an A-List artiste, I have staged three concerts, Gadam Nation at Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Kumasi, Gadam Nation at the National Theatre, Gadam Nation at Bukom Boxing Arena in Accra and they all have been very successful. I can confidently say that I can fill any auditorium in any part of the country,”

Fancy Gadam, attracted over 6,000 fans to the Bukom Square in Accra on November, 26 for his flagship “Gadam Nation Concert”.

The event which was put together by Sultan INC and 5M Music, saw performances from popular colleagues as Ebony, Nii funny, Rudebowy, Gariba among others.
