A CRY FOR HOPE

Dear Mama Africa,
we seem to be heading nowhere, our hopes and dreams is setting down like the sun sets down in the east. sometimes i wonder if we were destined to be great men. the story of the brave Africans seem to have ended in the 18 century.

Mama we have everything our forefathers dream of having and achieving. they knew the difference between right and wrong, left and right, these days no one knows whats right and wrong, our leaders can not differentiate good from bad, truth from lies. their self esteem has grown so big and tall that they cant see whats under the stone.

cowards and selfish people have been named leaders Mother, they have suck the life out of us each day and night, Mother we are walking bodies not more, no enthusiasm, courage and hope left. Mama looking at the end of the tunnel the light of hope is fading away.

Those of us with little courage and conscience are left in the dark, uncertain of which step to take on the journey of emancipation. where are you Mother, we need you to lead us, give as a sign, show us a direction, for our courage will walk us out of the dark and our conscience will justify our decisions, as we hope to restore the dreams of our forefathers not the sins of our fathers
