Davido Live in Tamale

Nigerian International Musician and BET award winner, Davido will be storming the city of Tamale, Ghana on the 2nd of October 2016 at the Tamale Sports Stadium. This will be the second coming of the Afrobeat Star in three years, the last time he performed was in November 2013.


Dubbed as “Davido Live in Tamale”, Davido will perform alongside his compatriot, Dammy Krane and three of Tamale’s finest, Fancy Gadam, Maccasio , Ataaka, Saani and many others. 



The “Skelewu” and “Aye” hitmaker has been fans favorite in the Northern region, hence headlining any show in Tamale will attract thousands of people to the stadium. It will not be surprising if organizers get a sold out show considering that crowd pullers; Fancy Gadam and Maccasio will be performing on that night.

Fancy Gadam  Nawuni Yiko album launch on 21st May 2016 had over 10,000 and his concert with stonebwoy also sold over 12, 00 tickets, while Maccasio also had over 11,00 tickets sold at his 69 peace concert. 

Satellite Television channel, Trust TV had reschedule a concert which had Fancy Gadam headlining it on 1st October, to make way for the Davido Live in Tamale show. Organisers of the show, OdoLati Entertainment say they are working around the clock to ensure the show goes down in history as the best show to be ever staged in the city.


This will be the first time in several months that Fancy Gadam and Maccasio will be performing on the same stage, the two have been rivaling for some time now. The two artists have not performed on the same stage since the Northern Music Awards night in June 2016.
