Ibrahim Mustapha Author of THE CONFIDENT SPEAKER,  began as a Teaching Assistant at the Tamale Polytechnic, and later was the CEO of the Public Speaking and Entrepreneurship Institute. Mustapha also Consulted for  NTV, Agape Moringa Processing and other Institutions.

Speaking to Sanatu Zambang at his residence, Mr Mustapha said ''  I also had the opportunity to organize Leadership and career development programs for NGOs,  universities, religious institutions etc and what I can confidently say is that self Confidence or public speaking skills plays a big role in our quest to succeed in life, based on all these and with my passion to assist people to speak in public I had to put pen to paper and write the Confident speakers book. '' 


Mr Mustapha  was inspired to write the Confident speakers book because he found out that speaking in public was and  still a challenge to majority of people in the Tamale metropolis and this was eminent when he used to invite big personalities to his radio program at Kesmi FM.  Most of his guest will turn down the invitation and confess to Mustapha that they are afraid to speak on air. 

The CONFIDENT SPEAKER book contains tools to overcome the fear of Public speaking, '' so if one gets a copy of the book he/she will learn some basic Technics on how to develop Self Confidence and speak to make impact because the book elaborates on how to choose a topic, prepare for presentations,analyse Audience, handle questions, choose the best seating styles for your presentations, practice with equipment and people, get speaking engagements and some sample speeches for practice''  Mustapha said

When asked of his next agender, he said '' My next agenda is to organize more Public speaking training and Motivational Seminars locally and Internationally to inspire and give hope to the youth that if I "Ibrahim Mustapha" with all the challenges can still rise up and write a book from my small corner in Tamale, Ghana  and get international recommendations from Professors globally then anybody can achieve their purpose

I am Currently marketing the Confident Speakers book so I can't say much about when the next book will be released, because the next book can be released tomorrow or Next week. 



I want to conclude by saying that if you are a young guy growing up and you want to write a book or start your own business most at times people will write you off but my advice to you is that don't write yourself off,  keep  focus and keep your eyes fixed on the big picture amidst all the challenges that will hit you on the journey and I can guarantee you that you are going to make it big ''
