He is no doubt the most stylish and well fashioned artist in Tamale, young and good looking, he has the swag and most importantly he is the luckiest artist to emerge in the Northern with such high spirit and with a number of awards to his credit and a 2nd place on the Northern Countdown Chart last month and among the Top 3 on the chart this month, indeed Maccasio and the Spirit of 69 fans a good job done











The 69 Peace Concert, that saw all the lights at the Tamale Sports Stadium at its brightest last Saturday August 13, witness over 10 thousand vociferous 69 fans screaming and busting out their joy at the Tamale Sports Stadium till dawn 14th August. Sherif Abdul-Majeed, known in showbiz as Maccasio aimed at preaching peace and unity ahead of this year’s Presidential and Parliamentary Elections scheduled for December 7.


The Maccasio virus has found its way into the Tamale Music scene and it seems to have found its place in the heart of Northern Region. Sherif Abdul-Majeed has appeared with full vim and spirit, ready and eager to take over Tamale Music, his presence has created tough competition among the local artist in the metropolis and has picked up two awards at the just ended Northern Music Awards

“69 fans” song can easily be described as his best ever production. Produced by Bluebeats with its video Directed by Marvelous Philms, 69 fans is the most popular song of the Rapper which brought him massive admiration around the country.

Work  features Fante Rapper/Singer, Kofi Kinaata is arguably one of the most popular songs of Maccasio. Produced by KingDee with its video Directed by Prince Dovlo, the song has received massive airplay from both local and national radio and TV stations. Described as the best collaboration so far, ‘Work’ was recently ranked the No.2 most popular song in the Northern Region for the month of July by Tamale based Radio Station, Radio Justice.










Too Big this is certainly the most talked about song of the moment Maccasio featuring self-acclaimed Dancehall king, Shatta Wale. Produced by “Da Maker”, Too big is currently the most favorite song among the 69 fans will turn ‘upside down’ when he performs it

Koo nin neey which features sensational singer, Don Sigli of ‘Wumpini’ fame has become one of the favourites of the fans. The song which is receiving massive airplay will throw fans on their feet to dance to the song. This song has been among the Top 3 on the most popular chat of the Northern Region CountDown Chart on Tamale based Radio Station, Justice Fm this month.



Oshiri lan kpe song,  which was released in 2015 and features Deensi Dada and Zola Rapper, Gaffaci is certainly one of the best productions of the Zola boss and one of the favourite songs among Northern music lovers.
IGWE this song many describe as Maccasio taking over the throne of the rap title in the region, 69fans will definitely argue anyone who disagree with whatever this tracks says 


This song defines who Maccasio really is; In this freestyle, Maccasio raps nonstop throughout and is poetic in his lyrics as some have described it.
